With payment of invoice, buyer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions

Sales

Sale prices must be paid in full and may not be applied to payment plans.

Deposits

In order to place an animal on hold, the customer must provide a 25% nonrefundable deposit. The balance must be paid within two weeks of the initial deposit (unless there is a different agreed upon date). If full payment isn't received by this time, the deposit will be forfeited and the animal will then be placed back up for sale. If after full payment, a customer changes their mind, they will be refunded minus 25%. Once a specific animal has been placed on hold, the funds cannot be transferred to another animal.

An animal can only be held with payment. Expressing interest, intent to buy, or requesting an invoice does not guarantee a purchase.

Must be 18 or older to purchase.

Live Animal Purchases Are Final


Shipping

Shipped through Ship Your Reptiles to authorized FedEx facilities only.

Temps must be between 38 and 100 at the origin and destination. Animals must be held at an authorized FedEx facility for pickup in order for live arrival guarantee to be valid. Reptiles must be picked up within two hours of arriving at hub. I MUST be contacted with ANY issues within 30 minutes of the pickup. Time stamped video and photo evidence must be provided within this timeframe. My animals are shipped in perfect condition and all are eating and shedding properly.


Abandoned Orders

Customers that have fully paid for a live animal and have completely lost contact for 2 weeks (without warning and with permitting shipping weather.) will be refunded 75% (we keep the 25% nonrefundable deposit) and the animal will be made available once again for others. Animals that are shipped and not picked up from the Fedex facility on the agreed upon pickup date will not be eligible for ANY refund, and the animal will be returned to us.
We will do our best to contact the client prior to taking action.


Care standards

Please be sure to follow the recommendations on the appropriate care sheet posted on our website, Www.koexotics.com. If these recommendations are not followed, you are risking the skink's well being or even it's life. We cannot be held responsible for the decline or death of an animal placed in suboptimal conditions.
