Terms and Conditions


In order to place an skink on hold, the customer must provide a 25% nonrefundable deposit. The balance must be paid within two weeks of the initial deposit (unless there is a different agreed upon date). If full payment isn't received by this time, the deposit will be forfeited and the skink will then be placed back up for sale. If after full payment, a customer changes their mind, they will be refunded minus the 25% deposit. Once a specific skink has been placed on hold, the funds cannot be transferred to another animal.

A skink can only be held with payment. Expressing interest, intent to buy, or requesting an invoice does not guarantee a purchase. Must be 18 or older to purchase.

Live Animal Purchases Are Final


Shipped through Ship your reptiles. We guarantee live arrival with the following conditions. Temps must be between 38 and 100 at the origin and destination. Skinks must be held at an authorized FedEx facility for pickup (please contact us if there are no fedex facilities near you). Skinks must be picked up within one hour of arriving at hub. We are currently shipping on Tuesdays and occasionally Wednesdays. If there is ANY issue upon arrival contact me within an hour of the recorded FedEx pickup time. Time stamped video and photo evidence must be provided immediately. My animals are shipped in perfect condition and all are eating and shedding properly. We are not responsible for any delays or issues in transit with FedEx.

Abandoned Orders

Customers that have fully paid for a live animal and have completely lost contact for 2 weeks without warning will be refunded 75% (we keep the 25% nonrefundable deposit) and the animal will be made available once again for others. We will do our best to contact the client prior to taking action.

Care standards

Please be sure to follow the recommendations on the appropriate care sheet posted on our website, Www.koexotics.com. If these recommendations are not followed, you are risking the skink's well being or even it's life. We cannot be held responsible for the decline or death of an animal placed in suboptimal conditions.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
