Below you will find my store policy. Please read the policy carefully! If you have any questions, please ask!
LISTINGS:
• Genetics & Sex Guaranteed AS LISTED.
**Anything listed as "possible" is just that, possible, but NOT guaranteed.
• I do my best to keep all the information up-to-date, so please read over the ads carefully before inquiring!
PAYMENTS:
• Online payments are to be made through PayPal Invoicing ONLY! NO FRIENDS & FAMILY METHOD! NO EXCEPTIONS! When making a purchase, you will receive an invoice through PayPal for the agreed amount including shipping costs, which you will then pay your deposit or pay in full and provide your shipping information there. The shipping information is then relayed to me to use for booking the shipment on the agreed date.
• To hold/reserve an animal, a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE Down Payment is REQUIRED! The animal is to be paid IN FULL within 30 days of initial payment, otherwise the hold is terminated and the animal relisted!
• Payment Plans available on purchases over $300 with a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE Down Payment. 60-day plans available for purchases $300-$900, 90-day plans available for purchases over $900.
**If at any time the agreed payment contract is broken due to non-payment and/or prolonged non-contact, ALL PAYMENTS made up until that point are NON-REFUNDABLE and the animal WILL be relisted! When agreeing to a payment plan, be sure the plan is manageable for your budget!
SHIPPING:
• FREE SHIPPING on animals/bundles $900 or more.
• Shipping is done through ShipYourReptiles/ShipYourAquatics for MOST shipments.
**SYR DOES NOT ship venomous reptiles or animals over 8ft in length! These shipments will be taken care of through another service.
• Health & Live Arrival GUARANTEED.
• All shipments are fully insured at NO COST TO YOU! Insurance costs are NOT included in the shipping charges quoted to you! All insurance costs are paid on my end!
• Shipping is weather permitting at both shipping & delivery locations. Temperature requirements are different depending on the species being shipped, so heat packs/cold packs will be used when needed.
**PLEASE BE PATIENT WHEN PURCHASING ANIMALS DURING WINTER MONTHS! We will remain in contact until we can arrange a shipping date that works best for both us AND the animal(s)!
