Store Policy
PAYMENTS:
-Payment is due in full unless a payment plan has been set in place. I use Square, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
-For payment plans, a non-refundable 40% deposit is required to hold your gecko. An actual payment schedule must be in place. If at any point you decide you no longer want your gecko or fail to pay in full by agreed date, you forfeit all monies paid as well as future payment plan opportunities.
-All sales are final!
-I DO NOT charge for holding during the winter.
SHIPPING:
-Shipping is a FLAT RATE of $65 anywhere within the lower 48 States.
-I ship through Ship Your Reptiles ONLY. I only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The high temperature must not exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit or drop below 35 degrees. I prefer shipping to a FedEx hub however, I will ship to a private residence as long as someone is available to retrieve gecko in a timely manner. I am not responsible for anything that happens after delivery time noted on the FedEx delivery confirmation if delivered to a private residence.
-IF for any reason the gecko is DOA, you as the buyer have 10 minutes from the scanned time of delivery to send me a video of said gecko, in which case you will receive a refund minus shipping costs. If it is out of the 10 minute window no refund will be given. ***Please note: At the time of shipping, your gecko has been acting, eating and voiding normally. He/she also has no signs of parasites, MBD or FTS.
-Animals will NOT BE SOLD TO ANYONE UNDER 18-
- I reserve the right to deny a sale before or during the transaction. These are not items being sold, they are living, breathing beings and if I feel someone will not care for them to the best of their ability, they will not have one of my geckos in their possession.
