TOS - Terms Of Service: By purchasing a gecko/s from K's Crested Creations, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
A gecko can be put on hold for 35% of the price, and is non-refundable or transferable. The remaining 65% must be paid in full within 2 weeks of when the deposit was placed. Payment plans are available on a case by case basis. We have the right to refuse the sale of any gecko to anyone if we feel the gecko could be neglected or for any other reason. Shipping is available at an extra cost, and is only available during safe temperatures for the geckos as their health is our number 1 priority. Tail loss is out of our control and happens to the best of us. If your gecko has been put on hold and loses its tail during the hold, or loses it during shipping there will be no refund issued as having a tail does not increase or decrease value. All our geckos have a 7 day health guarantee with some exceptions if neglect seems possible. If a gecko dies within these 7 days, please provide us with picture proof. The guarantee will credit you another gecko of the same value, but you must notify us within 1 hour of receiving your geckos to validate the guarantee. Geckos listed as Male or Female are guaranteed to be those sexes. Geckos listed as Probable Male or Female are not guaranteed; they are based on my best guess at pore visibility and scale shape.
