About
We are hobbyist keepers and breeders of Royal pythons based in East Sussex.
We consist of Kayla,Scott and Kate (daughter,dad and mum).
Royal Pythons have become a passion for the whole family and we have our own projects going on jointly and individually.
We love what this hobby gives us as a family whether it is feeding,cleaning,photographing or just planning our future pairings.
We are breeding to enhance our own collection and only sell those animals which dont fit in with our future breeding plans.
Store Policy
Payments, Deposits and Refunds
A 25% deposit is required to hold any animal and all deposits are non refundable.
Payment plans may be available upon request and must be mutually agreed before any deposits are received.
Reptile Courier
If you require a reptile to be couriered to you, this must be at a cost to yourselves.
We are happy to book this for you if required.
We are also happy to do personal delivery depending on your location.
Animal Attributes
We guarantee that any animal being delivered is the exact one represented in the ad.
If we send the wrong animal (this will not happen) as proven by you, we will either send the correct animal at our expense or issue a full refund after receiving incorrect animal back.
Claim period is 24 hours and return period is on the couriers next run at the very latest.
We guarantee the sex of the animal being delivered, unless clearly stated on the ad that the sex is unknown.
If the animal is incorrectly sexed you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the animal and we will either replace the animal or issue a full refund once the animal is returned to us.
All weights are correct at the time of placing the ad and a current weight can be sent upon request.
All efforts are made to ensure weights sent are "empty" weights but please allow for up to a 15% difference when your receive the animal incase it has since deficated.
We must be notified within 24 hours of receiving any animal if the weight is less than 85% of the last requested weights update, in the unlikely event of this happening we will offer a full refund once the animal is returned to us or a partial refund id you wish to keep the animal.
Animal Health
We guarantee that all animals are healthy when they leave us and must be checked by the courier when collected or by yourself personally if collecting.
If an animal dies or is lost due to my negligence in shipping then i will issue a full refund, if the negligence is on part of the courier then it is the couriers responsibility to compensate you.
Any issue with an animal upon receipt must be notified immediately and certainly within 4 hours, proof of the issue must also be provided in the form of photos and videos.
We are not responsible for animal temperament.
