Store Policy
All Gecko Purchases are Final
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, no exceptions. Only order if you have done your research on these animals and are ready to make the commitment it takes to care for these amazing animals.
Payment
We accept Venmo, Zelle and Square. To place a gecko on hold, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. We will hold the animal for 1 week. If payment is not made by the 7th day, the gecko will be put back up for sale on the 8th day. Payment plans can be discussed if needed. Under no circumstances are any payments/deposits received refundable or transferable to another gecko.
Shipping
I only ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We will ship to your nearest FedEx Ship Center for pick-up so the animal is kept in a climate controlled room. If shipping to your home address, you must be available on the first attempt or the health guarantee will be voided. Shipping is weather dependent when temperatures are between 45-80F
Sexing
We do NOT guarantee the sex of any gecko 20 grams or under. We will do our best to pore sex them and let you know if any pores are visible or not.
Tail Drop
Geckos drop their tails when stressed and oftentimes for no apparent reason at all. It is a natural occurrence and it has no effect on their health or breeding ability. We are not responsible and no compensation will be given if your gecko drops its tail while in our care or during shipping.
Health Guarantee
We offer a 5 day health guarantee on all geckos. Health guarantee is only valid if the animal is picked up within one hour of delivery to your local hub or you sign directly for the gecko on the first delivery attempt. You must notify us, via Facebook or Instagram Messenger with a picture or video of the gecko in your care (within 30min of delivery).
