ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY MONETARY REFUNDS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PEOPLE CHANGING THEIR MINDS. BEFORE YOU SEND MONEY PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS THE ANIMAL THAT YOU WANT.
SUPERNOVA CRESTIES RETAINS THE RIGHT TO BACK OUT OF A SALE IF WE FEEL CONDITIONS ARE UNSAFE OR INADEQUATE. We expect the best care for our animals.

Payment plans are available on purchases above $200.00 All money has to be recieved by the agreed upon dates or the transaction will be voided. You must agree to and understand our TOS to be put on a payment plan. All payment plans require a 30% non-refundable down payment on the purchase. It is up to the you to uphold the terms of an agreement made with Supernova Cresties. If you do not make payment upon the agreed due date we will contact you for 7 days. After 7 days, if the transaction is not complete, said animal will be put back on the market and all money put towards said animal will not be refunded. We here at Supernova Cresties know that things can change so we try to be as understanding as we can. We will only make changes to plans if we feel it is necessary. As a customer of Supernova Cresties you must acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the terms of payment plans offered. You need to accept the terms set forth and agree to all conditions of the payment plan that you are receiving from Supernova Cresties. Once a payment plan is completed and it is determined that the weather is good to ship, we will contact you to set up an appropriate ship date. Once good weather hits, it is your responsibility to be available to recieve the shipment. Ghosting us and not responding to us will not be tollerated. If a date cannot not be arranged due to late responses (ie. days between replies after requesting shipping address info etc.) within 14 days, the purchaser forfeits their animal(s) and all money paid toward it. At that point we will again post the animal for sale. NO EXCEPTIONS! We no longer offer winter holds. Unless it is in the same year the animal is purchased. No more carrying animals over into the new year. Thud will be determined individually.
We will ship your new animal(s) directly to you or to a FedEx Shipping Center. We require an unboxing video to show us that your animal(s) have arrived safe and sound. Video must be taken within 30 minutes of arrival. Our ARRIVE ALIVE GUARENTEE is only valid for the half hour after receiving the animal(s). We will NOT issue refunds if the the animal has arrived deseased, instead will will offer a store credit. Once the animal is received in good health by you(the new owner) it is up to you to provide proper care including humidity, temperature, food, water etc. If for any reason the animal should pass within 7 days of recieving shipment, photographic evidence will be required by Supernova Cresties as soon as possible including the enclosure the animal was kept in. At that time we will determine whether or not the conditions were in fact suitable for the animal to thrive and if a refund will be issued. In the event a refund is issued it will only count as credit toward a replacement animal and not as a cash refund. If we determine store credit is warranted we will ship the next order to the customer free of charge. We will not issue any monetary refunds.
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SALE OF ANY ANIMALS TO ANYONE WHO HAS IMPROPER HOUSING! If we find out about improper housing we will not ship an animal until proper housing is established. If proper housing is not established within 7 days you, the buyer, forfiet any money that has been paid for said animal and it will be reposted to sell. Our animals are our top priority and want the best lives for them.
Dropped tails happen. We are not responsible for dropped tails and do not offer refunds or discounts if the tail is dropped in our care or during shipment.
