Payment must be received immediately when placing an order. If payment is not received the item is still available to the 1st paying customer. We do not hold items without a 30% deposit. ALL SALES FINAL.
Deposit or payment plans We will do a payment plan on most everything we have available if your order is over $300.00 with a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, and regular payments until balance is paid off in full...... If the payment terms agreed upon are broken, THE ITEM WILL GO BACK FOR SALE AND ANY PAYMENTS MADE WILL BE FORFITTED.
SHIPPING All animal orders are shipped via FedEx Priority overnight with delivery confirmation. You are required to be home to accept the shipment. If there is a problem with your shipment we require to be notified within one hour of the problem, and a email must be sent with in an hour to lhansen2737@aol.com,after animal is delivered, to make sure it arrived to customers satisfaction. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance unless a mistake was made by Hansen's Reptile House. Shipping of animals is weather permitting. We will not ship an animal when it has been determined that the temperatures are to cold (under 40f) or to hot over (90f). There is no exception to this rule. It is your responsibility to inform us about your temperature if below (40f). It is buyers responsibility to send us the correct shipping information. We need to know when you can receive your package, a correct address and a phone number
GUARANTEE All animals have a live animal guarantee as long as there is not a problem with the shipping company, We can't be held liable for something we have no control over. SOMEONE MUST BE HOME to accept the animal and SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. If the animal is left at door, or no one is there to pick it up all guarantees are void. We Guarantee our animals are eating and mite free, also healthy before shipping or selling. We can not Guarantee the animals once they are in your position. As we can not see how they are housed. heated or not, ,taken care of, dropped , smashed, or have gotten out,, or any other accidents that may happen with the animal.
