Store Policy

Payment plans, Deposites, Shipping:
To hold any of our animals it is a 20% nonrefundable deposite. This will hold the animal for 2 weeks. If we do not hear from you before the end of the 2 weeks the animal will go back up for sale and the deposit will be void.
Payment plans are available and will be determined on a case by case basis.
We ship all of our animals via Fedex over night shipping. We ship all of our animals Monday - Wednesday. Shipping cost $50-$75 depending on location and weather. Orders over $1000 Will receive free shipping.
Guarantees:
All of our animals Health, Morph and Sex are guaranteed unless otherwise stated. (sex unknown or unsure)
We provide a live arrival guarantee on all overnight shipping. If a animal comes in DOA (dead on arrival) it is the buyers responsible to contact us within 2 hours of arrival. The buyer needs to provide pictures and videos of the animal in the box/ container. If the buyer doesn't provide proper pictures and videos or does not contact us within 2 hours the guarantee will be void. If proper pictures and videos are provided in correct time we will send another animal of equal value that the buyer choses or send a full refund.

We are not responsible for the temperament of our animals. We do our best to work with all our animals but they are still live animals with minds of their own.
We do not accept returns of any kind.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
