Store Policy
Payment plans are accepted with a 25% nonrefundable deposit to put the animal on hold and the balance paid within a maximum of 60 days. During this time, the animal will be put on hold and fed until fully paid and shipped.
Payment is accepted via PayPal, Zelle, Mail in Check, Cash, & Credit Card.
The animal will be shipped to your closest Fedex Hub for the safety of the animal. Upon arrival, you will have 12 hours to pickup and check to ensure the animal was delivered safely and alive. If the animal was picked up passed 12 hours of delivery and the animal is deceased, then a full refund will not be accepted. If the animal was picked up within the 12 hour period and the animal has become deceased during shipping, please send an email stating this and a picture of the animal to receive a full refund at [email protected]
