Store Policy
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee (“LAG”) on all animals purchased from LSPC.
Terms for LAG:
Buyer must report a DOA within an hour of delivery with a timestamped photo or video showing the animal. LAG is also void if the buyer is not present for pickup or the shipment is returned to the shipping hub. If LAG terms are met, they will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the offer of a refund for the animal only or replacement if possible.
While we guarantee healthy specimens and ship with only the well-being of the animal in mind, LAG only extends to delivery. Once the animal is in the buyer’s hands and the buyer is satisfied, we are no longer responsible for them.

Sexes are only guaranteed if stated, otherwise they are probable and not 100% definitive. Some species prove more difficult to sex than others, but we will try our best if the buyer requests a specific sex. Representative photos are used for species that are more similar (i.e. neon day geckos) and will be made evident in the description.
Shipping dates will be discussed with each purchase to guarantee the most optimal date and weather. We only ship when temperatures are between 40F and 80F, with heat packs used at our discretion.
Non-refundable deposits of 50% may be made to hold a specific animal if the shop is contacted and agrees. We do not do free holds and will give as much time as we can before moving on to the next inquiry.
