Lee and Colleen Stone, beginning as hobbyist and enthusiast since 2007, we have now decided its time to expand. We have taken great pride in the development of our business and have purchased only high quality animals from reliable breeders to produce what we have. Excited to be a part of the reptile community and provide excellent customer service.
Store Policy
SHIPPING : -
Snakes will be shipped according to the weather. Plans will be made after purchases to guarantee safe shipment. Shipping will done on Monday-Wednesday only by FedEx Priority overnight. We will only ship when temperatures are between 40*F- 85*F. Priority overnight charges will be according to your shipping postal code. You can inquire on what you shipping cost would be.
PRIVACY POLICY : -
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
GUARANTEE : -
We guarantee snakes will arrive to you healthy and honestly represented to the best of our ability. Genetics of all ball pythons and sex of snake will be 100% guaranteed. Live arrival is only guaranteed if you are at home to receive your snake or held at the FedEx Hub to be picked up with in a hour of notification.
PAYMENT PLANS : -
Payment plans are accepted on many of our animals we offer, on a case by case basis. There is a 25% non refundable deposit to put an animal on hold or as a down payment. All purchases must be finalized within 30 days unless other arrangements are made. If other arrangements are made it will be noted in written communication.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENTS : -
We accept Cash, Paypal (friends and family only), and CashApp. Other arrangements may be made accordingly.
