Store Policy
Store policy. We guarantee that all animals purchased from us are healthy and free from disease, feeding well and correctly sexed based on all available information at the time of purchase.
We ship every Monday – Wednesday via Reptile Express Priority overnight to your door or your preferred location. We do not ship until we confirm Payment in Full and Confirmed with the customer their preferred shipping arrangements including delivery address, customer contact information and any special delivery circumstances. Typically we require a signature for delivery. We ship as quickly as possible weather condition permitting. Weather conditions may delay shipment in some circumstances.
We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Card Payments, CashApp, Paypal, Venmo and Zelle. Other payment options will be considered but must be agreed to before sale can be completed.
All Checks and Money Orders Will Be Held For 72 Hours to Verify Clearance.
Payment Plans are available on purchases of $1000 or more, the minimum deposit is 25%. All deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another purchase. Please ask if you are interested in an animal. We will always try to work with you if possible on payment, shipping or other details.
Prices are subject to change without notice with an exception for any animals for which we have received a deposit.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee the safe arrival of your animal if you are available for FedEx’s first delivery attempt. Once you receive your package please open it immediately and inspect your animal(s). Allow them to warm up slowly and resist handling them for the first 48 hours until the acclimate. If the animal arrives DOA we need to be notified via e-mail or Phone with pictures within 30 minutes of the delivery or it is void. We have never had an animal arrive DOA but in the unfortunate case we will work with you to rectify.
Health Guarantee
Animals are guaranteed to arrive healthy and actively feeding at the time of shipment. Any issues need to be reported to us within 24 hours after receiving your animal.
Genetics and Sex Guarantee
Legacy Reptiles can only guarantee that multi-gene animals with a “Theoretical ID” will be identified to the best of our ability and we will NEVER intentionally mislead or deceive a customer regarding the genetic make up of an animal. Please contact us if you feel there is any error is ID.
Feeding Issues
All animals will be actively feeding prior to shipping. The shipping process is very stressful on the animal and it may take several weeks for it to begin feeding regularly again. We will tell you which food type(s) were being offered and can provide advice if you have any issues. Be aware that it is not uncommon for ball pythons to go off feed for extended periods of time.
Returns
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
