-------------- What Leopard Geckos London Provides --------------
LGL will provide healthy, well-started animals who are true to their photos within reason.
We will provide all of the information we have on any animals sold, including bloodlines, hatchling photos, and photos of adult parents.
We are happy to answer any and all questions regarding our animals.
-------------- What Leopard Geckos London Expects --------------
LGL expects Leopard Geckos to be housed in safe, appropriate setups.
We expect Leopard Geckos to be housed alone, as they are solitary animals and we have had issues with cohabited animals in the past.
We expect that if owners choose to breed their animals, they adhere to industry standards (not crossing albino strains, not breeding animals with clear defects, or unknown genetics), and always keep the animal's welfare at the front of their minds.
Deposits
We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% (minimum £20) which will hold an animal for 14 days.
After this, if full payment is not complete, and if other arrangements have not been made, an animal will be displayed as available.
Age Restriction
Leopard Geckos London requires all transactions to be completed by persons over the age of 18. We accept parents/guardians buying on behalf of reptile enthusiasts under this age.
We may require a photo of a valid ID, which is not stored on our systems and is deleted as soon as identification is confirmed.
Proof of Appropriate Setup
LGL always aims to put animal welfare over sales, so proof of a safe and appropriate setup may be required before a deposit is accepted.

Returns
In the heartbreaking and rare event that your animal is Dead on Arrival, LGL will issue a full refund as long as reasonable evidence is presented.
If your animal arrives sick and is confirmed as such by an exotic vet, a full refund will be issued.
If you find you cannot look after your animal for whatever reason, LGL will accept them as a return, but no refund will be issued. The owner will also be responsible for shipping or delivering the animal to us.
-------------- Liability --------------
Parasites
Although we test and treat regularly, parasites coming in from live food are often unavoidable. Due to this LGL is not liable for any parasites present in an animal. We recommend all new additions are quarantined and tested.
After the first 2 weeks, LGL is not liable for any health issues in animals sold. In order to receive a refund, we require a write-up from an exotic vet, or a necropsy if the animal passes. Under no conditions is LGL liable to pay vets bills exceeding the cost of the animal.
Couriers and Shipping
LGL uses third-party companies for all shipping, both domestic and international. By placing an order with LGL, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these third-party shipping companies.
LGL is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or price changes that may occur during the shipping process. Any issues or concerns regarding shipping should be directed to the relevant third-party shipping company.
LGL's responsibility is limited to getting an animal booked onto the correct courier run. LGL is not responsible for any issues that may occur during the shipping process, including but not limited to the safe transport, handling, and delivery of the animal. Any issues or concerns regarding the transport of the animal should be directed to the relevant third-party shipping company.
Genetics and Lineage
LGL labels animal genetic information as accurately as we can with the information we have, but we are not responsible for any animals having additional genes. We are as transparent as possible, and always make an effort to label things accurately and test breed our stock. However, we cannot guarantee that all animals will not have any hidden genes.
LGL is not responsible financially or otherwise for any hidden hets that may be present in animals purchased from us.
LGL is constantly test breeding our stock in order to improve the accuracy of our genetic labeling. However, due to a lack of genetic testing, this process takes time and may not reveal all hidden genes. LGL will notify customers as soon as we become aware of any unexpected results in our test breeding.
