At Leveled Up Exotics we strived for quality. Our goal is to produce stronger, healthier animals that will thrive at their new home. Our snakes eat live mice/rats that we produce ourselves so we can guarantee our feeders are fed the absolute best diet. Store Policy
Live arrival guaranteed. Genetics are based on our opinion based off their pairing. Certain combinations can be very difficult to be 100% sure on so we make our best guess based on what is provided in the clutch and opinion of other breeders. If you notice something wrong or unusual when you receive your package, contact us right away. If we are not contacted within 24 hours with valid proof (pictures/video), the warranties no longer apply. Animal's that are held at a FedEx hub for pick up must be picked up the same day as arrival or live arrival is not guaranteed.
▪︎Recipient must be present to receive the package. Holding the package at FedEx hub for pickup is preferred shipping method for Leveled Up Exotics. It's the safest way to ship and reduces chance of a mishap.
▪︎Shipping will be through FedEx Priority Overnight. Buyer pays all shipping cost. Local pickup is also available.
▪︎Payment is accepted through all major U.S. credit cards and most internationally issued cards via square, PayPal via friends and family, and Venmo.
▪︎Payment Plans are available on purchases of $500 or more. The minimum deposit is 25% and the order must be paid in full within 4 weeks. All deposits are non-refundable however are transferable to another Ball Python valued $500 or more
