Store Policy
By purchasing an animal from Lewis Family Reptiles you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
*An animal can be held for a minimum of 20% of the purchase price. A deposit needs to be sent over before the animal is considered on hold. The deposit to hold an animal is non-refundable, but is transferable to another animal.
*Payment arrangements are a case by case basis agreed upon by both parties. 20% must be put down, the remaining balance shall then be paid by the agreed time frame.
*Cashapp,Venmo,Zelle,Applepay and Square all accepted shipping domestically will vary depending on city. If a buyer chooses to use PayPal as way of payment the buyer is agreeing to cover PayPal fee
*We ship Mon-Thurs using Reptiles2you all animals will arrive alive and healthy. All shipping will be overnight shipping.
*We are not responsible for any tail drop from any gecko during shipment This can happen for any reason and does not affect the value or breeding ability of said animal.
*If for some reason an animal arrives DOA you must send a photo of said animal within 3 hours of receiving package. We will either replace the gecko with another of equal value or buyer receives store credit. We do offer a 3 day live guarantee. We only offer 3 days due to the fact we have no real way of knowing how you are truly taking care of said animal(s)
