*By purchasing from Limited Edition Geckos CO LLC you agree to our terms and conditions outlined below.*
*Before placing your order please reach out to us with any general questions or concerns and we will be happy to help with any and all questions at [email protected] or you can contact us directly at 407-617-5368 (Monday-Friday , 10am-8pm MST). If in the event you call after normal business hours ,Feel free to leave a voicemail with your name, order details, or gecko you would like more information on and we will respond within 24-48 hours via Phone or email depending on your preferred method of communication.
-You must be 18 years or older or have direct permission from parents in order to purchase from Limited Edition Geckos CO LLC.

The following are our terms and conditions pertaining to all reptile sales:
-All Sales final, no refunds.
- All geckos labeled probable or possible male/female are not guaranteed. We do our best to sex all geckos as accurately as possible however we cannot guarantee sex on geckos below 20 grams.
-Limited Edition Geckos CO LLC does not guarantee color / pattern development as we cannot accurately predict how geckos will develop into adulthood as they can change drastically in some cases.
-All animals sold are guaranteed healthy prior to leaving our facility. We offer a one week health guarantee with every gecko we sell. In the event of any and all issues we encourage clients to reach out to us ASAP so we can assist you.
-Buyer assumes all responsibility in regards to proper husbandry including: Humidity, Temperature, food, water, etc. If for any reason a purchased animal should pass during the one week warranty period clear photographic / Video evidence must be submitted alongside photos of the animals set-up ASAP.
Shipping:
-We are only offering hub to hub shipping at this time. For the safety of our animals we are not offering home delivery at this time, no exceptions.
-During winter and summer shipping will be planned accordingly between both parties when weather is in the 45-80F range on both ends. If in the event there is a no ship advisory in place shipping will need to be rescheduled for a future date.
-We now ship Mondays,Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only.
-We offer shipping in the United States only at this time, however if you have an importer you work with for you region shipping can be arranged with said party. In the event we ship animals to an exporter to be shipped outside of the United States we are not liable for any issues that take place during export process( I.e DOA, Tail drops, injuries, lost shipments, etc.) and importer assumes full liability.
Attention: Buyers Outside the USA,
The Following terms and conditions apply:
-Buyer must provide any and all details in relation to shipping information requested in a timely manner, no exceptions.
-Buyer must maintain regular communication throughout purchase process.
-Buyer must have arrangements made with an exporter in advance.
-Buyer must provide at minimum of two weeks notice to date of export and have a alternative date planned in the event we cannot ship when requested (No weekends, no shipping during holiday weeks, no shipping will take place if no ship advisories are in place, or if safe weather conditions in shipping and receiving locations are deemed unsafe.)
-Limited edition geckos CO LLC will not tolerate impatience, rudeness, or a complete lack of respect of the established Terms and conditions outlined here and reserve the right to refuse sale to any individual for any reason at any time if deemed necessary.
Payment is only accepted Via square Invoicing or direct via website.
-Shipping will be communicated and scheduled between both parties taking into account climate conditions on both ends in order to prioritize safe shipping of all animals. We are not responsible for tail drops in the event of an instance during shipping. In the event of DOA we require notice within a time window of 1hr after package has been received/signed for. We also require all shipments to be picked up from the designated hub location in a timely manner as part of our terms of service.
-Live arrival guarantee only applies to shipments that arrive on time and that are sent to / picked up from a local fedex hub. Buyer assumes all responsibility in regards to pick-up and safe transport from Hub to home. We ask that within a hour of picking up shipment from designated hub facility that the box is opened and animal is visually inspected. Limited Edition geckos CO LLC is not liable for death or injury to animal as a result of improper transport from hub to home. In the event of a DOA( Dead on arrival ) clear photographic and video evidence must be provided within a hour of pick-up otherwise Live arrival guarantee is Void as these situations must be reported immediately.
-Be aware that shipping issues during transit are a possibility as delays do happen. We do our best to ensure all animals are packed for success in the event of possible delays. We are not responsible for any mishandling of packages by FedEx, however we encourage active reporting of any damages or observed mishandling of the package so it can be reported.
Replacements or Credit:
-We do not offer replacement, or credit for the following reasons:
1.Tail drops
2.Skittish behavior
3.Defensive behavior
4. Sexing on probable males or females is not guaranteed on any gecko under 20 grams and credits or replacement will not be offered on any gecko labeled probable or unsexed in the event animal matures to an undesired sex.
5.Death or injury due to improper husbandry, improper handling, injury caused by household pets( Cats, dogs, etc ), Death or injury due to improper transport from hub to home upon initial delivery( Example: Leaving your gecko in a vehicle unattended during extreme high or low temperatures or if the gecko gets loose in said vehicle as a result of taking selfies for instagram or Facebook ).
DOA Procedure:
-Per our TOS we require that all shipments that arrive on time be picked up in a timely manner.
-In the unlikely event of a DOA ( Dead on arrival ) photographic / Video evidence must be submitted within a hour of receiving shipment.
-Any and all claims will be handled on a individual to individual bases.
-Payment plans: (Update: 12/20/2023, We are currently not offering payment plans at this time. In the event we decide to offer them in the future these terms will be updated accordingly.)
-Limited Edition Geckos LLC reserves the right to refuse sale of a gecko to any individual at any given time.
-By making a purchase with Limited Edition Geckos CO LLC buyer accepts our terms and conditions outlined above.
