Store Policy
Buyers must be over 18.
Shipping: Temperatures must be above 40F and below 80F in order to safely ship. Buyers must pick up at their local hubs within four hours of package arrival. Buyers must also inform the seller of the condition of the received geckos within one hour of pickup or any potential exchange or replacement is void. The seller is not responsible for tails dropped during shipment.
Payment plans are considered on a case-by-case basis. Every payment plan will include a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
