Store Policy
All sales are final. No refunds.
We accept most major forms of payment. Square, Zelle, credit card over the phone ect. (no longer accepting PayPal as they do not allow live animal sales)
We can provide short term payment plans with 25% non refundable down payment on animals over $750.
Shipping is a flat rate of $50 with fedex priority overnight through Reptiles Express when temps are above 40° for the low on both ends, adult and larger animals will have a separate quote for shipping. Live arrival guarantee provided someone is there to receive the shipment and must notify us within 1 hour of pick up of any issues. Not responsible for carrier delays or weather. Buyer must be available to pick up at the nearest fedex hub. Temps need to be above 40 degrees or below 90 in both the shipping state and receiving state.
All animals come with a health guarantee. All animals shipped from us has had at least 3 meals and currently feeding on the appropriate sized meal with no signs of sickness at the time of shipping. Please have the proper enclosure to house your new animal and do your own research on the animal your interested in before shipping.
Recessive genetics are guaranteed. CoDom/incomplete dominate genetics are tracked and given our best educated guess but have no guarantee. If you have any questions regarding parings fell free to ask.
