About
Loren Emanuel was established several years ago based on the interest of our 2 children. What started as a very small collection has amassed into a part-time business for our family. NO this is not our source of income for the household but it is our children's future business.
We invested into this Hobby strictly for our children to learn responsibility and to teach money management. Any Sales have been invested back into the business to ensure we have the best equipment and a clean, functional facility.

Store Policy
We accept- Paypal and Venmo
We ship UPS overnight and Fedex. Most packages arrive by 11:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-5pm.
We also offer PICKUP Holds at your closest UPS center.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Orders placed before 2pm EST usually get shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm EST., will get shipped the following day.
Overnight shipping is a UPS and FedEx SERVICE not a time frame. We will ship according to the above schedule.
SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE or our Live Arrival Guarantee is VOID. No Exceptions
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal! There are no refunds if shipping delays are due to weather.
We will gladly work with you to resolve any issues you may have. Under NO circumstances will a refund be processed without the return of the animal. The Safe return of the animal is the responsibility of you-The Buyer returning to the seller for credit.
The health and safety of the animal comes first!
We are located outside of Cincinnati Oh.
Payment Plans available ($200 Minimum Purchase), 20% Down - Balance paid within 4 weeks.
If you need to cancel for any reason after you begin a payment plan you will receive a refund for the total amount less your initial deposit of 20%. Please ensure you really intend to purchase before setting up a payment plan.
