PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND POLICIES BEFORE INQUIRING...

CUSTOMERS: Please make sure that your User Stats ARE NOT Disabled on your profile before you inquire on an animal. Starting 7/24/2023 I will not be accepting inquiries from buyers that have their User Stats hidden. No exceptions.
I will not knowingly ship any animal in violation of the law. It is the customer's responsibility to know state and federal laws before purchasing any animal.

Buyer must be 18 years of age, or provide proof of parent or guardian's permission to purchase live animals.

Pictures are of the exact animal you are purchasing. Additional pics available to serious buyers.

I use brand new insulated boxes, heat pack/cold packs, and snake bags every time I ship! When you buy from me, you can buy with confidence.
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, mite free, and feeding properly at the time of arrival. I strive to provide top quality animals to my customers and will never sell an animal that does not meet my standards. Once an animal has arrived and is in the care of the customer, we do not take responsibility for any issues that may arise due to improper husbandry on the buyers part.
Animals will only be shipped Tuesdays and Wednesdays and only when temperatures at both locations are acceptable.
Live arrival is guaranteed when delivered on time to a staffed FedEx Ship Center and picked up by the customer within 3 hours of arrival, not a staffed location inside another business, or FedEx authorized businesses. No liability is assumed for carrier mishap or unfavorable weather changes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Animals, once paid in full will be shipped on the soonest acceptable shipping date. If an animal must be held here for any reason past 1 month after purchase, a $5 per week fee will be added to cover cost of care and must be paid before animal is shipped.
Any issue must be reported to me within one hour of arrival with a detailed description of the issue. Video and/or clear pictures must be made at time of unboxing (within 1 hour of actual delivery). LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE IS VOID IF... you are not home to receive the delivery on first attempt, or if your box is not picked up from your local hub within 3 hours of hub opening, or package arrival. Shipping dates are subject to blackout at my discretion if I feel that that temperatures at either location are not suitable or safe for the animal. I also reserve the right to decline shipping on or around holidays or dates declared to be unsafe due to the possibility of delayed or lost shipments. Under these rare circumstances, shipments will resume on the following safe ship date (Tuesday or Wednesday). Refunds will not be issued because of unsafe ship dates or temperatures. I will hold, and care for animals that are paid for in full, at no extra charge until shipping is safe. Local pick-up is available as well.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Non-Refundable Deposits accepted to place an animal on hold. Cash is accepted for local sales. Exceptions to this policy are at my discretion only.
Payment plans may be available on purchases over $500, AT ASKING PRICE only. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the animal, and the balance paid within 30 days. Animals will be placed "On Hold" once the deposit is received, and will be marked as "Sold" once paid in full and delivered. I do not hold animals without a deposit. No exceptions.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, healthy and feeding regularly. If you are having issues with your animals after acclimating them to their new home, please reach out to me and I will do my best to help you fix whatever the problem might be. If I determine that an animal is not thriving at no fault of the buyer I may replace an animal if available, or offer a credit for the amount paid of the original animal.
