About
I am a small breeder currently breeding various species of geckos, colubrids,turtles and tortoises. All animals offered are produced here inless otherwise specified and are treated and cared for as my pets. I have been in the hobby for a long time but started breeding on a small scale in 2016.
Store Policy
General - Animal safety is our top priority. Customer service is extremely important to us, and we will do our best to answer all messages within a few hours of receiving them, we also love hearing updates from our customers so please feel free to reach out to us anytime. All animals I offer for sale are bred here and are my babies and I want the best for them so please ask any questions you may have.
Payment- I use Square to process all payments, payments must be made by 6pm CST the day prior to shipping, payments not made by then will cause shipping to be delayed by atleast 24 hours, All shipping labels are printed the day before shipping or sooner.
Animal holds- I will place a hold on an animal you are interested in for 24 hours once an invoice has been sent to you through Square, if payment is not made within 24 hours I will remove the hold and cancel the invoice.
Shipping- All animals will be shipped next day air using Reptiles2you via Fedex. Depending on weather conditions and temperatures shipping may be postponed until weather is more favorable. Currently I require all animals must be picked up at your local FedEx hub. Live arrival is guaranteed. In the unfortunate case of a DOA animal photos of the animal must be emailed to me at [email protected] within 30 minutes of package delivery/acceptance, the cost of animal will be refunded or a replacement animal of equal value will be shipped free of charge. I do not ship outside of the continental United States.
It is the buyers responsibility to know thier local and state laws on what animals they can legally own and recieve.
