Shipping - Shipments will be shipped using FedEx Priority overnight. We only ship live animals Monday-Wednesday as of right now and will only ship AFTER talking with the customer on the phone as shipments must be signed for. Shipping rates vary from city to city and change based on the size/quantity/weight of animals purchased. Shipping rates are calculated 100% by Fedex, not by Lowcountry Reptiles. Once you have added all your items to your cart, before being asked to check out, you will come to a screen allowing you to calculate shipping costs before proceeding with your purchase.
Returns - Buyer must report any signs of defects that were not discussed prior to purchase within 3 hours of receiving the animal(s) and notify seller in writing through e-mail, text, etc., and provide photo proof of claimed defects. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless there is an agreed upon, previously undiscussed issue or defect with the animal, and it was reported in the time frame listed above. No returns will be given once said time frame has passed.
**Animal sex is not guaranteed, but we do promise that someone with a lot of experience has made their best effort at sexing each animal available**
