Genetics Guarantee:
1. Incomplete Dominant (Co-dom) genes are not 100% Guaranteed in "complex" multi (Co-dom) animals.
2. Recessive / Heterozygous Genetics & Gender are 100% guaranteed.
Discounts:
- 10% discount for repeat customers
- 10% discount off entire balance for purchases of 2 or more animals.

Payment plans:
Here at Lone Star Exotic Reptiles we are open to payment plans! All payment plans require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold the animal and remove it from the market.
We offer 60 day payment plans for purchases $501-$1,001.
We offer 90 day payment plans for purchases over $1,001.
If a payment is missed, or the balance goes unpaid, then the animal will once again become open to other interested buyers and the balance may be transferred to another available animal within a 3 month period of backing out.
SHIPPING USA:
We use Fedex Overnight Priority and ship Monday through Wednesdays.
For any questions email [email protected]. Live arrival guarantee if customer is home to sign for delivery on first attempt. We pack everything perfect with the correct method of packing. We cannot GUARANTEE Live Arrival if you do not contact us immediately within 2 hours of your timed arrival. If an animal arrives DOA the animal will be replaced with one of equal value or lesser value or the balance can be applied toward the purchase of another animal.
Temperatures:
Temperatures must be above 35 degrees and Below 90 degrees.
**weather delays will not be grounds for refunds.**
