L&T Reptiles LLC was started in 2020, two cousins (Loquan and Troy) with a passion for reptiles and exotics. Both part time breeders and enthusiasts looking to add to this wonderful world hoping to bring as much joy and fun to this hobby and to any that might cross paths with L&T Reptiles. Our number One Priority is Animal safety followed closely by customer service. Both equally important. At the current moment, we only offer domestic shipping. Somewhere in the near future we will ship international depending on the demand. We are a new company so we will grow and expand as we envoke on this new journey. L&T Reptiles is commited to bringing quality ball pythons to the market.
Store Policy
Payment methods: Please refer to Morph Market for details in regards to PayPal. We accept most common forms of payment, including: Credit Cards, Cash App, Square, Zelle, Apple Pay, wires, and Money Orders / Certified Checks. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
Payment plans: These are offered on a case by case basis, typically with a 20% deposit and the balance within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a plan that is specific to the animal. Deposits & cost of shipping are non-refundable, Any balance **excluding** (deposits & shipping) if a refund is made will be refunded in 5-10 business days. Once shipped all sales are final.
Discounts: We do offer Military and Law enforcement discounts please notify us when inquiring about an animal. Also Union members get a 10% discount.
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
2. If Seller goes 14 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
3. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition from FedEx *HUB pick up only.*
4. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
5. Seller guarantees the sex of L&T Produced animals being delivered. We cannot 100% guarantee the sex of an acquired animal. Claim period is 14 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
6. Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
7. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx or UPS’s rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup **within 8 hours of hub delivery.**
8. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 36 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
9. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
10. Genetics are opinion based off the pairing. Certain combinations can be very difficult to be 100% accurate on so we make a best guess based on what is provided in the clutch and opinion of other breeders. All L&T produced 100% hets are guaranteed.
