Store Policy

You must be 18 years old or older to purchase a gecko.

Payments:
I accept Zelle, PayPal (FF or +3% fee), and money orders.

Payment plans:
Payment plans are not currently offered. Gecko will ship only when it has been paid for in full and the shipping conditions are good.

Shipping:
Any shipping will happen Monday through Wednesday between 40 degrees as the overnight low and 85 degrees as the daytime high. Live arrival guarantee as long as the gecko is not delayed. If you would like to purchase insurance in case a gecko is delayed, that is an additional $2.50/$100 of insurance coverage. This insurance is only valid if the package is delayed by fedex. Please read coverage limitations here: https://shipyourreptiles.com/en/get-help/get-help-insurance. New owner must contact me within 30 minutes of the gecko being delivered to confirm the gecko arrived fine or to inform me as to the condition of the gecko. If I am not contacted within 30 minutes of the gecko being delivered, then the live arrival guarantee will no longer be valid. If the gecko dies in transit (which has never happened to a gecko I have shipped) you must show me a picture of the box and a video of the gecko within the 30 minutes of it arriving. There will be no refund if a gecko drops it's tail during shipping. While it has also never happened to any of the geckos that I have shipped, it is possible.

The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

All sales are final after you have received the gecko.

Health and Condition of Gecko:
All geckos are healthy when they leave my care. Once you receive your new gecko home it is your responsibility as a new owner to keep track of the gecko's health and to adequately meet it's needs. I suggest weighing the gecko when you get it home and then again periodically until you are certain the gecko is eating consistently well. The shipping and transition to a new living environment can be stressful on the gecko, and if you are not meeting it's needs, then it may be slow to start eating again. There are no guarantees regarding the sex of any particular gecko, or that a male or female will produce fertile eggs. Leachies can be difficult to sex, breed, and pair.

I'm always here to answer any questions that you might have about their care or breeding. Also, if you're inclined, I always like receiving updates about how the geckos are doing after you've had them for a while, and may check in with you over the course of the first few months.
