We are a small business focused in providing high quality reptiles and the right price for you. We are open 24/7 and we accept offers on all our animals. Shipping rates are based on zip codes ($40 to $100).
Store Policy

We guarantee our snakes to be healthy, feeding, and properly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon. Once an animal leaves our facility, we have no control over the care you offer, or that you fail to provide to your animals. We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health upon arrival.
All sold animals will have proper body weight and showing no physical signs of illness. They are properly acclimated and cared for, our animals should do excellent for you.
It's difficult to put a longer-term guarantee on our animals because once you receive them, we have no way of controlling how they are cared for. If we do not hear from you, I will consider our transaction complete. We must be notified via email, text message or Facebook IMMEDIATELY upon arrival (within 1 hour) if there appears to be an issue with your animal with pictures and video. Any issues arising after 24 hours will be handled on an individual basis. You will be treated fairly, and we ask the same in return.
Payments
Once you chosen your animal(s) we will send you an invoice, this will contain all details for the transaction.
We accept:
1. Paypal
2. Direct deposit via Zelle
3. Major credit cards (this payment method has a %4.5 extra charge for processing fees)
We do accept best offers, please make them reasonable and we will accept it.
Best offers cannot be combined with payment plans.
Shipping and Local Pickup
Animals will be shipped with FedEx for next day delivery. Shipping cost is not included on the amount shown on our list. We ship Monday – Wednesday excluding holidays which FedEx observes. Our cut off time for same day shipping is 12 pm CTS. We will only ship orders when temperatures are above 45f degrees and below 90f degrees. If temperatures are outside those limits we can possibly ship to the FedEx facility near your location or schedule shipment when the weather permits.
Live arrival guaranteed. We guarantee live arrival on all of our shipments and make sure that all snakes are properly shipped in appropriate packaging with heating or cooling elements.
Live arrival guarantee will be voided if customer (you) is not present for first attempted delivery by FedEx or providing incorrect delivery address or the box is picked up from the Fedex Ship center 1 hour after is ready for pickup.
Shipping is done by Fed Ex Priority Overnight, in a properly insulated box, using Ship Your Reptiles or Reptiles2You.
Local Pickups:
Local pickups are done on designated public place, buyer must bring 1 plastic container with holes and with lid for each animal. Pickup time and date can be arranged after full payment is received.
Payment plans
We will also gladly work out a short-term payment plan with you if you cannot pay in full right now.
Payment plans typically require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
We do not hold animals without a deposit.
Options:
1. $200 - $500: 25% deposit and the balance to be paid off in 30 days.
2. $500-$750: 25% deposit and the balance to be paid off in 45 days.
3. $751 - $2000 = 25% deposit and the balance to be paid off in 60 days.
4. over $2000: 25% deposit split in 2 parts (2 weeks) and the balance to be paid off in 60 days. The 60 days start from the date the first part of the deposit is made
Animals purchased this way will be shipped/local pick-up once the balance has been paid in full.
Failure to fulfill the predetermined payment schedule decided when the payment plan is started will result in a loss of the 25% non-refundable deposit and any money on the balance after the 25% will go towards credit on a future purchase. No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Payment plan extensions:
From time to time we all have life circumstances that prevent from making the payment on time. In these cases, we are flexible and we offer up to 2 weeks extension to finalize the payment. We must be notified 1 week in advance if you need the extension for your payment plan. Each extension week has an extra fee of $75
