SHIPPING:
Shipping will be done at-cost from Reptiles2You. This usually means between $45 and $55, but sometimes higher for adults.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
I guarantee all animals are correctly sexed, the correct morph, and are feeding on the specific prey item listed in the ad. I also guarantee all animals are healthy and exactly as advertised. The animal in the picture is the exact animal you will receive upon order.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
All of my animals are shipped via FedEx by way of Reptiles2You and most will arrive before 10:30. However, some areas have a guaranteed delivery time of 12:00 noon or by the end of the day. For safety reasons, temperatures must be between 30-90ºF on both ends, with a strong preference to hold-at-hub for anything on the extremes in either direction. If the animal is DOA, the customer must notify me of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal per FedEx pickup time. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available with 20% down and usually must be completed within 30 days. Case-by-case evaluation will be offered depending on the person.
TRADES
We will sometimes be interested in trades. It never hurts to ask. Animals we are interested in include pure-subspecies carpet pythons, amazon tree boas, western hognose snakes, green tree pythons and select others; if unsure, ask!
REFUNDS
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, upon return of the animal in question should it not meet my guarantees (where applicable).
