TERMS & CONDITIONS
GUARANTEE
All animals are guaranteed to be accurately sexed and healthy upon departure from Lunae Exotics. Our store listings represent our animals to the best of our ability - we will always be transparent when it comes to genetics in our animals!
SHIPPING
Please message us with a zip code for a quote on shipping - the rate is at least $65.
Animals will be shipped Tuesdays and Wednesday, weather permitting, via Fedex/Ship Your Reptiles.
Shipping will be done only hub to hub - animals will not be delivered to homes at this time.
The animal is covered by a 48 hour health guarantee.
Packages need to be picked up within 5 hours of arrival to Fedex Hub, or our health guarantee is void. If the animal is DOA or otherwise injured/sick the customer must contact Lunae Exotics and provide photographs and/or video proof within 5 hours of pick-up.
In the event of a DOA (with proper proof provided by the buyer) a refund or animal of equal value may be provided.
If incorrect shipping information is provided the health/DOA guarantee is void.
Local Pick-up/Drop off can be arranged.
PAYMENT
We accept Credit Cards, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal Goods & Services.
All sales are final.
Cancellation of an order will result in a 25% fee and the cost of shipping.
Reasonable offers considered on all animals.
Payment plans can be discussed on animals over $350.
25% is required upfront, the rest of the animal must be paid off within 60 days.
If the animal isn’t paid in full in 60 days and no other arrangements have been made, the animal will go back up for sale. All payment plan payments are final and non-refundable.
RETURNS
Lunae Exotics does not accept returns on live animals - please be certain of what you are buying, when you are buying. The only exception is if the animal is DOA or does not abide by our health guarantee.
