Being in the US Navy prior to my move back to Florida my love for reptiles came in my experiences and encounters traveling overseas. Since then here at Luna Morphs we have been breeding Ball Pythons and bringing high quality animals to customers all over the world. Store Policy
PAYMENT
I accept PayPal, Credit/Debit cards, and Postal Money Order. I will not be able to ship until your payment has fully cleared/posted in the event an e-check or Postal Money Order is used.
PAYMENT PLANS
We will gladly work out short term payment plans with you if you can not pay in full right now.
Payment plans typically require a 25% non refundable deposit. We do not hold animals without a deposit.
*under $500 = 25% deposit and the balance paid off in 2 weeks
*$500-$750 = 25% deposit and the balance paid off in 30days
-the remaining balance will be split in half and will be due in 2 equal payments. The first at the 2 week mark and the second on or before the 30day mark.
*$751-$1000 = 25% deposit and the balance paid off in 45days
-the remaining balance will be split in 3 and will be due in 3 equal payments. The 1st due at the 2 week mark, the 2nd due at the 4 week mark, and the 3rd due on or before the 45day mark.
*over $1000 = 25% deposit and the balance paid off in 60days
-the remaining balance will be split into 4 and will be due in 4 equal payments. The 1st due at the 2 week mark, the 2nd due at the 4 week mark, the 3rd due on the 6 week mark, and the 4th due on or before the 60day mark.
Animals purchased this way will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full.
Failure to fulfill the predetermined payment schedule decided when the payment plan is started will result in a loss of the 25% non refundable deposit and any money on the balance after the 25% will go towards credit on a future purchase. No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.

SHIPPING
Shipping rate is flat $60 for single animals shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight service in the continental United States. Please email me for a shipping quote on multiple animals shipments.
I am willing to ship to Puerto Rico for orders over $1000. Vet fee/health certificate and shipping must all be pre-paid for by the buyer. Please email me for a quote on these services/purchases.
I am able to ship to all Europe, UK and Canada on a Monthly basis. Feel free to email or contact me for quote and shipping dates.
For the live arrival guarantee the buyer must be available to accept the animal on the first delivery attempt. I will only ship when I am comfortable with the weather conditions in the hub and final delivery location. I will use heat packs/cold packs/Phase 22 pouches at my own discretion based on the weather. Your animal's safety is my number one priority.
