Store Policy
No payment plans for Animals $99 or less and payment must be made in full. Animals $100- $299 can be put on hold with a $50 deposit and up to 30 day payment plan. Animals $300+ can be put on hold with a 25% deposit and up to 60 day payment plan. All deposits are nonrefundable. Payment must be made in full by the end of the payment plan period. If payment is not made in full by the end of the negotiated time frame, the animal will be put back up for sale and any payments made will not be refunded. Animals will not ship untill full payment has been received. If the animal becomes sick while in our care a full refund will be given. Will hold as long as necessary due to weather conditions. Only ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and will only ship to the lower 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Temperatures must be between 40-80 degrees to be able to ship. Live arrival guarantee is only valid when shipped to a FedEx hubs, if shipped to a residential address live arrival guarantee is void. Sex of geckos under 20g are not guaranteed, a probable male or probable female is not a guarantee of sex. Temperament of the animal is not guaranteed. The pictures posted are of the best representation of the animal, extra pictures will be taken upon request but the quality that my camera picks up or your screen displays may differ from the color in person, no refunds will be given for this reason. No refunds will be given if the gecko drops its tail during shipping, for nose rubs, stuck shed or floppy tail syndrome. If the animal has or is suspected of having any of these things it will be stated in the description of the animal. You must notify us within 2 hours of receiving your animal if the health of the animal is in question. In the unlikely event that the animal is dead on arrival you must notify me within 1 hour of the tracker stating that the package has been delivered and you must have picture or video evidence to receive a full refund or credit towards another animal. Health of the animal is guaranteed for 24 hours after you have received your animal.
