I was not happy with the way my tegu was shipped. He was not in a live animal box just perishable. The FedEx driver was flipping the box around and I was like "that's a live animal in there please don't do that" he apologized. But yea not good. - Jan. 21, 2022

While it wasn’t their fault for the dead on arrival of the animal or the shipping delay that caused it, their lack of enthusiasm and poor response time to my emails (three hours before I had to call them) has left me very angry. I don’t recommend. - Dec. 09, 2021

Tegu was in shipping for 3 days, due to fed ex. When I received the tegu it was a good size tegu not a smaller one. The Tegu was deceased. NO air holes in the packaging at all and the smell horrible. This should have had no issues living 3 days. - Jun. 09, 2021

Purchased a subadult red ackie which was shipped in a timely manner. Thr problem is that this animal was shipped in 40° temps without ANY form of heat pack or Phase 22 pack as required in rule 5.3. The animal arrived ice cold and lifeless. - May. 05, 2021

Buyer beware. Bought 2 snakes for $250, both shipped in same deli. Female came kinked. Seller offered $25 refund. I asked for $50 then heard back from my mentor that $75 would be more like it. Asked for $75 and was basically told to f off. - Oct. 22, 2020
