I’ve had a fascination with reptiles my entire life, but only recently was I able to start my ball python collection. I’m a hobbyist and a small, boutique-style, breeder, doing it purely for my love of the animal. All of my “breeding” animals are first and foremost pets and are quite loved. All the ball pythons they produce, and that you possibly purchase, will be treated in the same manner. No animal that I produce, sell, or own will ever be neglected, or treated with anything other than love and respect. I truly admire these beautiful animals.
I primarily work with ball pythons, but occasionally you will see other animals pop up from other species I have. Thank you for taking time to read about my business and looking through my available animals.

Policies
We will make every effort to ensure your experience is a positive one. Emails will be answered promptly, and customers will be treated with respect. All animals will be honestly represented and 100% healthy at the time of delivery. Every effort will be made to properly sex animals, but please be sure to confirm the sex upon receipt. If for whatever reason you are not happy with the animal you receive, you must notify us within 24 hours and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
All concerns, including dead on arrival’s, must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving the animal and photographic evidence must be provided. Within this 24-hour window we will do our best to work with you to resolve any concerns.
Manik Morphs cannot take responsibility for a person’s lack of knowledge or poor husbandry skills. If Manik Morphs determines that a customer lacks the proper experience or facilities to care for an animal, the transaction will be terminated.
Genetics Guarantee for Life
Every animal sold has a unique ID number which is present on the receipt of purchase which Manik Morphs can match to its database for photo confirmation. At any time, someone can contact Manik Morphs with a photo and an ID number and can confirm for them the year, clutch, and genetics of that animal.
Theoretical Identification of Multi-Gene Animals
When hatching multi-gene animals often times breeders will identify the combination of genes by making an educated guess based on past experience. All customers should understand the risk associated with purchasing an animal with a theoretical or presumptive ID. Sometimes the animal you end up with may prove to have a different genetic make-up than anticipated. This could turn out to be good if the customer ends up with new or extra genes. Be sure to understand the difference between definitive and theoretical labels on animals you purchase from Manik Morphs or elsewhere. Ask about the parental stock that produced the offspring and consider the outcome carefully. The only guarantee that anyone can make regarding Theoretical IDs is mistakes will happen, presumptions will on occasion prove false.
We will NEVER intentionally mislead or deceive a customer regarding the genetic make-up of an animal.
Domestic Shipping:
All animals will be shipped through FedEx, Monday through Wednesday. Manik Morphs guarantees live arrival and takes full responsibility for delivering animals safely to the customer. Manik Morphs live arrival guarantee requires hold-for-pick up when shipping through FedEx and that the animal be picked up within two hours of it being available. If the customer insists on door to door delivery, then they must assume the risk and waive their live-arrival guarantee.
If the animal dies in transit, Manik Morphs will replace the animal if possible, with an equivalent animal or issue credit for the full amount of the purchase which can be used towards the purchase of any animal.
Shipping may be delayed if we deem the weather/temperature forecast to indicate unsafe shipping conditions.
Payment Plans:
All payment plans require a non-refundable 25% deposit. Animals will be shipped after complete payment has been received. I try and be flexible with payment plan terms, please contact me for more information and/or to discuss options, I will do my best to work with you.
Even if paid in full, 25% of the total purchase price is considered a non-refundable deposit for all purchases as it relates to the following terms and conditions:
If a purchase or payment plan is cancelled by the purchaser prior to shipping, then the non-refundable deposit (25% of the purchase price) is considered forfeited to Manik Morphs. The remaining balance paid by the purchaser will be considered credit towards another purchase. If after 3 months the credit has not been used it is considered forfeited to Manik Morphs.
If a purchaser does not make payments per the agreed upon payment plan, the payment plan will be terminated, and the 25% non-refundable deposit will be considered forfeited to Manik Morphs. The remaining balance paid by the purchaser will be considered credit towards another purchase. If after 3 months the credit has not been used it is considered forfeited to Manik Morphs.
If a purchaser has been notified that they are late on a payment and does not make an attempt to contact Manik Morphs or return contact from Manik Morphs for 2 weeks or more, any remaining credit paid by the purchaser will be considered forfeited to Manik Morphs.

Currently, all payments are handled through PayPal. Cash is accepted for in-person purchases.
