Since the year 2000 at Markus Jayne Ball Pythons we have specialized in ball pythons and have produced some of the world’s most beautiful morphs including the original Lightning Piebald that includes our own line of exclusive MJ Axanthics not compatible or comparable with any other lines.
Our philosophy is simple. Buy the best. Breed the best. Provide the best care. Sell the best. Completely satisfying and exceeding our customer’s expectations is our ultimate goal.
I am very particular about the snakes I purchase and more importantly, sell. We are very proud of the collection we have compiled and feel fortunate to be on this path. I always say, "Nothing great is ever accomplished without the four 'P's'. Passion, perseverance, patience and pride. Along with that comes hard work! And if there is anyone out there that thinks for a minute that this is easy you are gravely mistaken! Nothing good ever comes easy. But damn this is fun!
As a breeder of quality ball pythons, we will only sell healthy well-established stock that we produced. It is the kind of stock we would want to purchase ourselves.

Store Policy
Payment methods: We accept EMT, Bank Wires, ‘Wise’ app money transfers and Money Orders/Certified Cheques. Cheques will be held until cleared. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final. We do NOT accept Paypal or credit card payments.
Payment plans: Max 90 days. A 25% deposit is required with subsequent payments of 25% due every 30 days. Please inquire about plan that is specific this animal. 25% deposits & payments are non-refundable, all sales are final.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
2. If Seller goes 14 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
3. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
4. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
5. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
6. Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
7. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all Carrier rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
8. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
9. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
US Shipments - We ship to the US several times a year. Cost is $150 per animal and cost goes down on multiple animals. We will look after all CITES and USFW Inspections and fees. Shipments are made to your local FedEx Hub only for pickup. Due to the infrequency of shipments, we will hold your animal and care for it like it is our own until time of shipment. A 25% deposit is required and payment in full one week prior to shipment.
International Shipments: We can arrange international shipments from our end or customers may use their brokers to import animals to their country at their own risk and expense.There is no minimum purchase requirements for broker managed exports.
We guarantee live arrival when using our broker. If you choose to use your own broker, we are not responsible for health and live arrival once the animal is in your brokers hands. Any mishaps beyond delivery to exporters location is not our responsibility
Heath Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed 100% to be healthy upon arrival. Every effort will be made to properly sex animals, but please be sure to confirm the sex upon receipt. You have 7 hours to dispute sex, health or genetics.
If Health Certificates are required there is an additional cost of $200 per shipment.
Genetics Guarantee:
Recessive / Heterozygous Genes & sex gender are FULLY guaranteed.

THEORETICAL IDENTIFICATION OF MULTI-GENE ANIMALS: When hatching multi gene animals often times breeders will identify the combination of genes by making an educated guess based on past experience. In these cases the genetics can only be verified through actual breeding trials. All customers should understand the risk associated with purchasing an animal with a theoretical or presumptive ID. Sometimes the animal you end up with may prove to have a different genetic make up than anticipated. This could turn out to be good if the customer ends up with a new or extra genes. Or it could be bad if the customer ends up with less or an undesirable gene. Be sure to understand the difference between definitive and theoretical labels on animals you purchase from us or elsewhere. Ask about the parental stock that produced the offspring and consider the outcome carefully. The only guarantee that anyone can make regarding Theoretical IDs is mistakes will happen, presumptions will on occasion prove false.
We can only guarantee that multi-gene animals with a “Theoretical ID” will be identified to the best of our ability and we will NEVER intentionally mislead or deceive a customer regarding the genetic makeup of an animal.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with the animal you receive, you must notify us within 48 hours for a refund. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements. Animals must be returned 100% healthy at the earliest possible shipping date. The animal may be held in quarantine upon return for a few days to ensure it is healthy before refunding the cost of the animal. It is the customer’s responsibility to learn how to properly care for the animals they purchase. We cannot take responsibility for a person’s lack of knowledge or poor husbandry skills. If a customer lacks the proper experience or facilities to care for an animal, the transaction will be terminated.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
NOTE: Markus Jayne Enterprises will only process and ship animals that were acquired directly from Ozzy Boids LLC. We do not provide broker services for CITES related shipping. We will not process CITES for another breeder’s animals.

Animals must be picked up at the airport and packages are to be opened immediately at the cargo desk or counter and the animals should be inspected.
If there are any obvious problems with the animal (deceased or injured) or the package feels extremely cold or hot to the touch, a claim should be filed with the airlines before leaving the airport.
Customers may use brokers to import animals to their country at their own risk and expense.
There is no minimum purchase requirements for broker managed exports.
We guarantee live arrival to broker export location in Canada and US only.
Any mishaps beyond delivery to US export location is not our responsibility.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All animals will be shipped through Reptile Express by FedEx. We guarantee live arrival and takes full responsibility for delivering animals safely to the customer. If the customer insists on door to door delivery, then they must be home to accept delivery. If the animal dies in transit, we will replace the animal if possible with an equivalent animal or issue credit for the full amount of the purchase which can be used towards the purchase of any animal. All animals will be properly packed and shipped in an insulated shipping box. We ship animals in clearly marked boxes in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
