Store Policy

I guarantee that the animal being purchased/delivered is exactly the one represented in our ad, unless otherwise stipulated.
I guarantee the animal will be shipped healthy, and live arrival in good health. If the animal does not arrive in this condition, we must be contacted within 24 hours. For a DOA, the animal must be preserved for possible autopsy and video evidence must be sent to us within the 24-hour period.

I spend a huge amount of time acclimating each and every animal to “general” human contact. However, these are animals; and this does not mean they will not bite. Most of the animals available are babies and strikes and or bites are typical baby responses which over time usually outgrow. In addition, I spend an enormous amount of time taking pictures that accurately represent the animal in the best light possible. With that being said request for additional pictures will be denied unless you have already sent a deposit for an animal.

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold an animal. Note this deposit is nonrefundable, as we must pass on other opportunities to sell it. If the failure to ship is on our end, we will refund the whole deposit; if on your end, you can always roll it to another animal if something else comes up.

Balances will be paid before shipping, according to an agreed-upon schedule. Payment plans are possible for animals that are $1000 and above, but arranged on a case-by-case basis and will not be more than 30 days. We will also require a full name, shipping address, and cell number for FedEx and paperwork purposes. This will also help us generate a specific shipping quote rather than an estimate.

We typically ship twice per week (Tuesday and Wednesday). We will absolutely not ship on Thursdays as any delays will result in trying to locate the animal over the weekend.
Due to recent issues we will also no longer ship to private residence. Shipments will only be shipped to a FedEx Ship Center (main hub) as “hold for pickup.” We will not be responsible for delays longer than an extra 24 hours due to the current climate. Note that exact ship date will by mutual agreement, and may exceed seven days, as the animals are temperature-sensitive; and as items like payment plans, summer/winter shutdowns, day-to-day weather, and client/vendor schedules can affect the specific day. I will, however, maintain excellent contact regarding shipping dates and matters.
