Store Policy
We are getting out of the hobby and would like to do it as fast as possible, so we are no longer offering payment plans. We accept paypal, credit cards through square, cashapp, or money orders. All recessive traits and hets are guaranteed, and we will do our best to correctly ID co-domintant traits. Hatchlings will have fed a minimum of 3 times consecutively before being shipped, meaning if they eat twice and skip the third, they start over. If we list a snake as eating f/t, it means it has taken f/t for us. We cannot guarantee they will take f/t for you, as we no longer have control over husbandry at that point.
We ship Tuesday and Wednesday through ship your reptiles. Live arrival is guaranteed provided you are there to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt. If an animal arrives DOA, we will need video proof within 2 hours of delivery. Any issues with an animal must be brought to our attention within 48 hours.
