All export and shipping costs are included for purchases totaling 2K USD and over. For values under $2K, a $200 fee applies for each animal. Payment in full prior to shipment required. 25% Non-refundable deposit with 60 day duration for all payment plans. Live arrival guarantee. We cannot guarantee unknown or non-visible ailments beyond physical appearance. This is to include: congenital defects, unknown pathogens and/or ailments that cannot be reasonably deduced from a visual inspection. If the buyer plans to have the animal tested on arrival, we must be made aware of this before the transaction occurs. As always, we are available for post purchase/receipt support and customer care, to the best of our ability. Under no circumstances will a return of animals be accepted. We are a closed colony with no incoming animals. Once an animal has arrived safely via shipment, the transaction is considered complete. The stated terms are to be considered final and acceptable when purchasing an animal.
