About
I have been keeping reptiles for a few years now, and have started to get into the breeding side of things. My main focus right now is ball pythons, but I plan to add other species in the future!
Store Policy
**I reserve the right to refuse any sale for any reason! You must be 18 years or older to purchase. It is not my responsibility to know your State and Federal laws. Please read the store policy fully before inquiring!**
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
I accept Square, PayPal, and Zelle for payments. ALL payments are non-refundable. Full payment is required and must be cleared before the animal(s) will be shipped.
PRICING:
Price listed is for the individual animal. Shipping costs are not included in price unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
PAYMENT PLANS:
30 day payment plans are available. An initial non-refundable 25% deposit is required to place the animal or a group of animals on hold.
Payment plans are customizable on a case by case basis. Please inquire for more information.
-If you decide you do not want the animal you have placed a deposit on, the deposit and any payments will be forfeit.
-Failure to meet the deadline for the payment plan, without prior discussion, will result in all payments being forfeit. You will be contacted before the final day.
-If anything happens to the animal while it is in my care and before it ships, any payments made can be transferred to another animal of your choice. Alternatively, a refund including the deposit can be issued.
Do not enter a payment plan if you don’t intend to follow through!
SHIPPING:
Animals are shipped within the continental United States with FedEx Priority Overnight shipping.
Shipping is done Tuesday and Wednesday, weather permitting. Other arrangements can be made on a case by case basis. I do not ship weeks of major holidays to avoid delays.
Shipments are preferred to be sent to a FedEx hub, but arrangements can be made for residential delivery.
The person who pays for the animal will be the name on the label.
You MUST be available to pick up the animal(s) for the live arrival guarantee.
We will agree upon a shipping date prior to shipment.
Shipping price is a flat $65 unless otherwise stated. Shipping will be combined for animals that are shipped together. Any purchase over $1000 will ship for free.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
I guarantee the safe arrival of your animal. Once you receive your package, please immediately open it and inspect your animal(s). Please allow them to warm up slowly after you unbox them.
If your animal is DOA, I need to be notified within 1 hour or it is void. Video proof of the animal will be required. Under these circumstances, a refund minus shipping costs will be issued, or a replacement animal of equal value, if one is available.
The live arrival guarantee will be voided if:
-You are not available for FedEx’s first delivery attempt, or you do not pick the animal up from the hub on the day it is delivered.
-You give incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Note: FedEx delays are beyond my control, and may void the live arrival guarantee. These delays will be avoided to the best of my abilities.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
Animals are guaranteed to arrive healthy and free of any physical signs of illness. This guarantee lasts for 24 hours. I cannot guarantee past this, because once the animal is in your hands, I have no control over how it is cared for. I cannot guarantee against flawed husbandry.
If you see any issues with your animal, I must be notified within 24 hours.
FEEDING:
Animals are guaranteed to be actively eating for me when they are shipped. I will let you know what they are feeding on, if it is not listed in their info, so it is easier for you to get them to start eating.
Please allow your animal(s) at least a week with minimal handling to acclimate. Shipping is extremely stressful, so it may take some time for them to start eating again.
SEX AND GENETICS:
Sex and Genetics are guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
If the animal is incorrectly sexed, it must be brought to my attention within 7 days of receiving the animal. If desired, a refund can be issued after the successful return of the animal. Video evidence of incorrect sex is required.
Due to the growing complexity of genetics, I cannot always 100% guarantee Incomplete Dominant (Co-Dom) genes. All animals will be ID’d to the best of my abilities. Recessive genes and their het percentages will be guaranteed.
