I am a hobby breeder with a Passion for Ball Pythons, Focusing on Quality and Health! I care about the animal's health first. NO animal leaves my care without eating 4-5 meals and I’m comfortable it will be safe to ship/pickup. I want to make sure everyone will be happy with their new animals. Store Policy

Live Arrival Guarantee:
* If any animal is DOA, we must be notified within 1 hour from package drop off time/signature as stated by FedEx. If recipient fails to collect package(s) on FedEx’s first delivery attempt or pick up animal within 4 hours of arriving at FedEx hub then live arrival guarantee will become void.
* If there is a DOA customer must contact us and we will credit that purchase towards another purchase.
* All animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed, and genetics labeled. If by chance a mistake has been made please notify us immediately so we can resolve the mistake.
Payment:
* All payments are final! If you are displeased with your purchase please notify us within 24hrs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
* Payment plans are available for some orders. All payment plans require a 25% non-refundable down payment. The length of the payment plan depends on purchase price. Plan must be paid in full by end of agreement no exceptions. We have the right to refuse sale to anyone we don’t feel comfortable selling too. All balances need to be paid in full and we have to agree on a shipping and receiving date in order for shipping to occur. Please don’t assume your animal is coming because I won’t ship unless I know you’re aware when your animal is arriving.
* There is a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold a specific animal(s) for purchase.
*** ALL ANIMALS ARE AVAILABLE TO ANYONE UNTIL DEPOSIT IS MADE ***
* This means email, text, calls do not count.
* We accept Paypal & Square (emailed invoice) method of payment ***All payments must clear before shipping will occur***.
Shipping:
Free local pickup in Memphis, TN is always available.
Shipping to the continental United States is available. Shipping starts at $50, but will vary depending on the weight and size of the animal, and shipping supplies needed.
We require someone to be present when delivery occurs, or will ship hub to hub.
* Shipping is through Fedex through Reptiles2you. I charge different amounts depending on shipment size. I charge actual costs. Free shipping on all purchases over $1000.
* Shipping to your closest hub is what we recommend.
* We only ship Monday - Wednesday of any week. Not on major holidays.
