Store Policy
We at A-1 Exotics take the upmost pride in our reptiles. We guarantee our reptiles health for (14) days if proper husbandry was in effect. If you would you like to activate your warranty, you will need to submit a picture/video of your animals habitat, including but not limited to, lights, decor, substrate, water/food bowls, habitat temperatures, diet and supplementation. If you do not wish to provide the following material upon purchase of a reptile the warranty will be void. All babies will be issued a certification of birth. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your reptile(s), we will be there for you with any questions or concerns you may have. Our number one priority is making sure that the reptile is going to suitable home, if you have any questions regarding husbandry please contact us to discuss anything. 😊 Here at A-1 Exotics want to build a relationship with you and your new endeavor of having a reptile. We will be there for you with any questions you may have for the duration of your new reptiles life.
Holds:
If you would like to hold an animal, we can take a deposit for that animal. Deposits are listed as shown:
$50-$150 ($50)
$155-$300($100)
$305 & up($200)
Once a deposit is made we will hold your animal for (14) days, unless otherwise discussed. If the remaining payment for the animal is not made, the deposit will be made null. If you would like to hold an animal with no deposit, we cannot finalize the purchase. Therefore, if another inquirer is interested in the animal, it will be sold to the purchaser. We can hold a baby with no deposit for a maximum of (3) days, if no contact or payment is made, the animal will be listed as available.
Shipping: We use FedEx priority overnight. Our priority is the animals well being and if weather/situations is not suitable for shipping we will wait to do so. We charge a flat rate $50 shipping fee. If the purchaser has made the full payment of an animal, we will hold the animal for (30) days. If no contact from the purchaser was made for shipping arrangements after (30) days, the animal will be listed as available again and the monies will not be refundable. We ship our reptiles in insulated boxes with appropriate packaging and heating. If for any reason the reptile arrives deceased contact us immediately.
Payment:
We accept payment via Square invoice, PayPal, and through our website. We reserve the right to refute a sale of a reptile to any persons, if we find the purchaser is unable to take care of the animal. All sales are final. Any credits issued will be for purchasing another animal. We do not accept returns.
