Store Policy
Terms of sale:
-You must be 16 or older to purchase an animal from me, please get your parent('s) / guardian to contact me if you are younger.
-Animals must be paid for in full before courier collection is due or you collect them unless a final payment upon collection is arranged.
-I require a 20% non-refundable deposit to hold any animal, this will hold them for 30 - 60 days dependent on the animal's value unless otherwise discussed.
-If you are interested in an animal that has not yet eaten enough F/T meals to be rehomed, but would still like to purchase them, I am willing to accept a 20% non-refundable deposit once they have eaten 2 meals, this will hold them until their 6th meal+ 1 further month (30 days) or if their value is £500 or above, 2 further months (60 days) after their 6th meal.
Delivery and livestock guarantee:
-If you choose to get your animal couriered, let me know within 6 hours of arrival that your reptile has arrived nice and healthy, pictures/videos are great although an easy message saying: "They arrived healthy" is enough otherwise health guarantees are void
-All health guarantees are void if good husbandry is not in place eg: Burns, escapes or aren't getting enough heat
-All animals being delivered through my choice of courier will come with a 7-day health guarantee starting on the date they are collected from me, I will not health guarantee animals being delivered by other couriers that you book yourself.
-Animals being collected from in person will come with a 7-day health guarantee
Sexing / genetics guarantee:
-Animals purchased from me come with a 100% guarantee on genetics, if I have made a mistake, please let me know ASAP and I can arrange either a partial refund or a replacement animal.
-Animals purchased from me come with a 100% guarantee that they are the sex advertised, please let me know ASAP if I have made a mistake and I can arrange for either a replacement animal to be sent or a partial refund to be made.
