Breeding high quality ball python morphs with a focus on Recessive genes.
Store Policy
BUYING
We can not currently accept deposits to hold animals unless they are on a payment plan.
All animals are sold on first come first served basis and will not be considered sold until payment is made or a payment plan has been agreed upon AND the deposit received.
PAYMENT PLAN
Animals $500 or higher qualify for a 25% non-refundable down payment,followed by 4 equal Bi-weekly payments.
We accept payment via PayPal, money order, cashier's check or personal check. We require personal checks to clear the bank before payment is considered complete (up to 2 weeks).

ANIMALS
Animals pictured in the ad are the exact animal for sale. If your animal has any problem within 30 days, contact us immediately to the discuss the issue. Any health concerns due to shipping must be received within 48 hours of delivery. Any health issues due to the buyer voids the guarantee.
Genetics
All Snakes listed as 100% Het are guaranteed to be Het. If a snake does not prove out after multiple breedings, please contact us. All snakes are listed with the Genes we see present. We reach out to Reputable breeders when we are uncertain. The number of genes on the market make it very hard to be certain 100% of the time. Usually if we are not confident in the genetics, we will not list the gene. Unless specified, both parties are presuming the genes are present in all sales.
SHIPPING
We ship Monday through Wednesday, overnight priority. We will not ship later than Wednesday or during adverse weather for the safety of the animal. We prefer to ship to the nearest hub, whenever possible, for the safety of the animal. Due to COVID-19, we are currently only shipping to FedEx Hubs. Shipping to home is not available.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
This is available only when shipped to the HUB which is why I am only shipping to hubs currently.
