Store Policy
10% off your purchase when paid in full using cash equivalent methods (check, money order, zelle, paypal friends and fam). 10% discount doesnt apply to animals posted ON SALE (in BOLD red). Animal will be shipped once check or money order clears. Visa and Mastercard accepted, or cashiers check. 24hr overnight shipping thru FedEx. Full payment required prior to being shipped. Sex, health, and genetics are guaranteed when confirmed within 24hrs upon receipt. We ship Monday, Tuesday, and wednesdays weather permitting. If it's too cold or hot animal will be held until weather permits.
Payment plans are available with a 25% non-refunable deposit (30, 60, and 90 day with some large purchases). Once your deposit is received the animal is held and no longer available for sale. If payment terms, as ageed, are not met then the animal will be posted back on the market. Communication is key. Don't lose your deposit by not meeting mutually agreed upon terms. I am very understanding and flexible so keep me updated if any issues arise.
All animals will be shipped fedex overnight for pickup at your nearest hub. When we agree on a ship date you MUST be able to pickup at your nearest FedEx hub that day. Weather is critical. I will not risk an animals health by shipping in extreme weather.
If I identify an animal as having a certain gene then it is guaranteed. For guarantee to be valid I must be notified of any issues WITHIN 24hrs of you receiving it. I will provide genetic information for both parents. If an animal is posted as having a Possible gene (morph) then it's just that...a possibility. Example would be "possible super", or "possible jungle". There is no guarantee for possible gene identification.
As stated health of animal is also guaranteed. I only ship healthy animals. For this guarantee to be valid I must be notified WITHIN 24hrs of receipt if there are any issues. LIVE ANIMAL GUARANTEE provided for all animals shipped 24hrs overnight to your nearest fedex hub FOR PICK UP. Animals must be picked up by end of business that day. If an animal is DOA it must be reported to fedex within 1 hr! I have a small breeding collection. All my animals arent just breeders, they are my pets. Yes, they all have names:) I keep accurate records and monitor my animals daily. Im retired so I get to put 100% of my focus into my love for these animals..
There are no refunds on animals which have left our facility. We have no control over the environment or any pathogens the animals may encounter once they have been in someone else's care. We cannot jeopardize our collection by exposing it to a returning specimen. Exceptions to this policy will be at our discretion.
It is the buyers responsibility to know and understand all laws concerning keeping these animals in their area. I will not knowingly ship an animal to an area where they are restricted.
My goal is to provide you with a beautiful, healthy animal. I will NEVER attempt to misrepresent any animal posted. I will do everything in my power to provide you with an accurately identified and sexed animal. Obviously we are all human and the possibility of error exists.
