Store Policy
We ship anywhere in the USA. Currently because of significant delays we are ONLY shipping to local fed ex hubs. This is for the safety of the animals Upon purchasing an animal from Miami Art Geckos it is understood that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions: We accept 30 day payment plans on geckos over $200. The geckos will be held for a non-refundable 25% down. We will not place geckos on hold without a deposit. Payments can be made with PayPal or Venmo.
Deposit is forfeited if payments aren't made on or before the 30 days or arrangement date. We will not send reminders of payments due. Please make sure to pay your balance in time so you do'nt forfeit your deposit. Our animals do not come with a sex guarantee, especially on animals under 25 grams. If we know the lineage, the weight and the gender of a gecko, it will be in the description. The prices posted do not include shipping. LIVE ARRIVAL/SEVEN DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE: We offer a live arrival and 7 day health guarantee if the following criteria is met: You should contact us no later than 30 minutes from the time your gecko was delivered. Dropped tails during shipping are not covered by our guarantee and we will not take responsibility for this, as that is out of our control. In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA we will require video and photographic evidence within one hour of arrival. Additionally, if you have any concerns about the health of the animal within the first 7 days you must contact us so that we may help you identify and resolve the issue. Failure to do so will void the health guarantee. You will be asked questions about your husbandry – please do not take offense at this.
REPLACEMENT ANIMAL: If all of the above criteria is met and you qualify under our health guarantee we will replace the animal with a comparable animal from our available stock if one is available or we will issue credit toward a future purchase. You will be responsible for courier costs for the replacement animal. We do not issue cash refunds.
NOT COVERED BY OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE: Conditions that result from poor husbandry, dehydration, tail loss, choking/impaction from substrate or feeder insects that were too large, burns, and injury resulting from accidents or overheating.
We want to ensure that all geckos are going to good homes where they will be cared for in the best possible way. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone. We will not sell a gecko to people under the age of 18 without parental consent.
Not responsible for any tail drop from of any gecko during shipment This can happen for any reason and does not affect the value or breeding ability of the said animal
