Store Policy
Health on Arrival, Genetics, and Sex of all animals are 100% Guaranteed (any uncertainty regarding multi-gene combos will be noted).
You must provide confirmation and be available to receive your animal at the scheduled time of arrival. You must provide accurate shipping details (i.e. complete address) or any guarantee is void. Animals will only be shipped when weather permits for the safety of the animals, i.e. I won't ship the animal if the weather is too hot or too cold. Additionally, I will ship to your local FedEx hub for pickup. Notification of any shipping-related issues must be received within 1 hour of arrival.
I only ship animals between Monday and Thursday. Accepted payment method is through PayPal. Animals must be paid in full prior to shipment.
I can hold any animal, all that is required is a non-refundable down payment of $40 or 20% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. Once the down payment is received the remainder must be paid within 30 days.
My goal is 100% customer satisfaction and I will do my best to ensure you are happy with your purchase!
