Payment Plans are available with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Please inquire if you'd like to make a purchase on a payment plan.
- Live Arrival is guaranteed on ALL shipments at NO additional costs. There is a growing trend in the industry to charge customers extra for additional "insurance" to guarantee live arrival. Be cautious with sellers who charge additional fees for live arrival.
- All purchases are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health. Packages delivered to FedEx hubs need to be picked up by 10am local time. Packages sent for home delivery must be received on the first delivery attempt. Please make sure to be waiting for your package until it arrives. Any DOA's must be reported within 1 hour of the first delivery attempt for home delivery or by 11am local time if shipped to a FedEx hub for pickup.
- Orders will be shipped in a timely manner dependent on the weather. Packages are generally shipped out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Packages will be dropped off directly to FedEx at night to keep the time your package is in transit to a minimum.
- All sales are final.
