Store Policy
Terms of Service:
A 25% non refundable down deposit is required to hold any snake you purchase. Full payment must be completed within 90 days following the deposite. All snakes that leave our care are guaranteed eating unscented and are in excellent health.
We ship within the United States to anywhere owning a Hognose is legal. It is up to you to check your local and state laws regarding owning Western Hognose.
We ship using only FedEx Priority Overnight. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Currently FedEx is not insuring live shipments, or guaranteeing arrival times, or live delivery due to Covid-19. Ship at your own risk.
We guarantee our babies to be healthy, free of disease, and mite free.
All of our Hatchlings stay with us until they have had a minimum of 10 consecutive feedings of unscented, frozen thawed mice unless otherwise noted.
If an animal is purchased during the winter, we will ship as soon as the weather safely allows us to. The health and safety of our animals is our top priority.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
If you have the snake shipped to your house I must be notified within 1 hour after arrival that they arrived alive or deceased with photo proof. If they arrive deceased you will be refunded everything except the 25% non refundable deposit. 25% of the listed animal's price. If I am not notified within the 1 hour of arrival and the snake is dead, no refunds will be given. If you have the snake shipped to the hub I must be notified within 2 hours after arrival. All other terms remain the same.
Deposits on animals are non refundable. If the remainder of the purchase price is not paid in full by the agreed upon day, the deposit is forfeited.
Sex of hatchlings is not guaranteed. We visually sex our babies to the best of our ability but sometimes it can be difficult to determine sex in hatchlings.
We accept PayPal via friends and family for payment. Local pickup with cash is also available.
