Store Policy
I will accept Cold Blooded Movements as the preferred courier.
Deposits for geckos over the price of £150 can be offered on a payment plan with a £50 deposit which is non-refundable. Payments must be made in advance of collection from the courier or from yourselves.
Geckos that leave us will be healthy to our knowledge and doing everything they should be doing before they are rehomed, babies will not leave until they are atleast 4g and we have the right to keep them longer if we feel it is necessary for their development.
We can not guarantee the gender of babies. We can do our best to check for pores but it is not a guaranteed way of sexing until they are atleast 20g. We will not offer refunds if the gender is not to your satisfaction as we have already stated it is not guaranteed with babies or young juveniles.
We have the right to refuse anyone who wants to rehome any of our geckos if we need to.
Before courier collection the gecko purchased will be photographed and sent to you as proof that the gecko is alive and well before departure. Once your gecko as been delivered to you please let us know and provide a photograph. Should for very uncommon circumstances the gecko be dead on arrival you will be offered your payment in credit towards another gecko of your choosing.
