MJ Reptiles is a small business based out of Texas that was established in 2015. Just like most reptile enthusiasts, I have a strong passion for snakes and other reptiles but also take a lot of pride in what I do. Since the day I started breeding back in 2006, I have been offering quality animals and always looked to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all my animals to ensure they are happy with their purchase.
Store Policy
- All animals are guaranteed when it comes to health, sex, and genetics. If any of these factors are incorrect upon arrival, please contact me within 24 hours.
- Shipping: I ship only within the continental United States and will not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere overseas. Shipping is a flat fee of $75.00, however, if I can ship for cheaper you will be charged that amount. It is up to the buyer to pay additional for insurance on their purchase for delivery. We highly recommend our buyers purchasing this insurance in the case an animal unexpectedly arrives DOA. The buyer has 24 hours after delivery (time-stamp) to evaluate the animal making sure they are 100% satisfied. If the buyer isn't present when the animal is delivered, all insurance will be null & void. I will not ship if the weather drops below 40 degrees or exceeds 90 degrees. If the temperature is above or below these parameters, I will consider shipping to the nearest FedEx hub for pick-up. Please feel free to call or text should you have any issues.
- Payments: I accept all major credit cards, Chase Pay, or PayPal as my method of payments. All animals can be held for 30 days with a 25% non-refundable deposit. If animal is not paid in full by the time allowed for payment, the deposit will be forfeited and the animal will be posted.
